I. Introduction:
The remote control float valve is a hydraulically operated valve with multiple functions. It is mainly installed at the water inlet of a water tank or an elevated water tower. When the water level reaches the set height, the main valve is controlled by the float pilot valve to close the water inlet and stop water supply; when the water level drops, the main valve is controlled by the float pilot valve to open the water inlet and fill the water tank, realizing automatic water replenishment. The liquid level control is precise and not interfered by water pressure; the diaphragm-type remote control float valve can be installed at any position according to the height of the water tank and the available space, and is convenient for maintenance, debugging and inspection, with reliable sealing and long service life. The diaphragm-type valve has reliable performance, high strength and smooth operation, and is suitable for pipes with a diameter below 450.
II. Working Features:
1. Tight and reliable closing. The main valve is sealed by a rubber sealing ring, and the closing power is automatically generated by the main valve control chamber, maintaining an appropriate closing force, resulting in high sealing life and reliability.
2. Easy to operate, no need for an additional electric control system for the valve. The valve automatically opens and closes according to the change of liquid level.
3. The valve body adopts a full-channel, straight-flow and streamlined design. It has small hydraulic loss and good energy-saving effect.
